SUNDAY SCHOOL
The Sunday school provides general oversight of the children's ministry of Hillside Christian Church, which includes Sunday school and Junior church. This oversight includes: recruiting and training teachers involved in this ministry, and teaching and caring for the children and families participating in this ministry.
The goal of this ministry is to touch children's lives with God's love, teach them God's Word, and lay a foundation that will keep children interested in the things of God and involved in church.
The Sunday school plans yearly exciting and challenging events for the children such as: Sunday school anniversary, monthly incentives, children’s Sunday, and vacation Bible school.
